I think Tony is enlivened by opportunities to feed his curiosity about the world and explore the art of the possible.

Tony rules. He just flat out rules. He's one of those people that totally understands — and thrives on being right in the middle of — the magic intersection of rock solid strategic thinking and innovative UX. In my experience, very few people are comfortable crossing between those disciplines. Tony makes it look effortless.

He’s highly detailed, collaborative, empathetic, creative, and insanely organized. He has great knowledge of his craft but at the same time is always flexible and open to ideas. I don’t know that I’ve ever worked with someone who embeds themselves into a client’s business as much as he does, which allows him to build strong client relationships.

I love how many different types of experiences Tony has worked on and the stories he shares to illustrate points, from physical experiential at a planetarium to enterprise digital.

Tony is a great mentor and a role model for the type of designer and manager I hope to someday be. He's caring and compassionate with his team; he listens and empathizes with the clients; and he knows exactly what is needed to achieve the project's goals.

Tony is one of the absolute smartest men I know, able to see the whole forest as well as all the leaves on the trees at once. He is dedicated to his craft — able to strategically see what clients need in addition to what they ask for — and then act as a generous collaborator and strategic leader from concept through delivery.
